GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Quotations are valid for a period of fourteen (14) days from date hereof and may be subject to change should the cost of the goods increase due to fluctuations in the exchange rate or any fee charged in term of public regulation. The customer will be given reasonable notice of any increase to the prices quoted.
• Any latent defectives that are discovered once the work has started will be brought to the client’s attention.
• Pool Care Clinic will contact the client with regard to any additional work to be undertaken and parts used, and will provide the client with a quotation in this regard. No additional work will be undertaken without the Clients authorization.
• The balance of the contract price will be due and payable on date of completion of the aforementioned services.
• Please note that all goods supplied by Pool Care Clinic will remain the property of Pool Care Clinic until payment in full has been received.

• Pool Care Clinic will not be liable for any loss or damage of whatsoever nature, including consequential loss or damage and loss for profit arising out of delays or failure to deliver due to fire, explosion, unavoidable breakdown of machinery, government acts and/or regulations, strikes, war (declared or not) or by any other acts of God or similar circumstances, unless such damage or loss has regard to any circumstances within Pool Care Clinic’s reasonable control.
• Pool Care Clinic may impose a cancellation fee where the instructing party cancel the rendering of services and / provision of goods and the instructing party will be liable for all costs incurred up to the time of cancellation as well as any additional costs that were incurred for the finishing of the project.
• Pool Care Clinic will not furnish clients with a refund on deposits in the event of cancellation for specially ordered goods.
• Pool Care Clinic warrants that the goods which have been supplied by the Company and delivered to the customer shall be free from defects and subject to the following:

     Warranty

• The warranty is effective for a period of six (6) months and the customer shall be entitled to either request a refund, replacement or repair of goods if goods are defective within such period.
• Products carrying more than 6 months warranty are backed by the manufacturer’s warranty.
• Pool Care Clinic further warrants that every new or reconditioned part installed during any repair or maintenance work, and the labour required, for a period of three (3) months after the date of installation.

The aforementioned warranty shall immediately be rendered null and void in the event of any of the following:

• Failure to use the products in accordance with instructions and specifications.
• Product being subjected to physical damage, abuse, misuse, alteration, neglect, tampering,  improper maintenance, or has been serviced, repaired, installed by unauthorized personnel.

• The product is not accompanied by original Tax Invoice.

Payment may be made in cash or cheque or may be paid directly into the under mentioned account, e-mailed confirmation of which would be appreciated.

In the event of Pool Care Clinic having to institute legal action against the Client for payment of monies due, the Client hereby agrees that it/he/she will be liable to make payment of Pool Care Clinic’s costs of suit as between Attorney and Client, including collection charges.
