Book a Service with Pool Care Clinic!

We have an expert team of maintenance and repair staff with many years of experience, and they are at your service Monday to Friday (8am – 5pm) and Saturday (8am – 1pm).
Please complete the form in full requesting work to be carried out to your swimming pool thereby avoiding any misunderstandings as to the nature of the work required and charges payable.

    I requested you to attend to the below-mentioned work for which I acknowledge and accept the labour charge* is payable excluding parts and/or equipment that may be required to complete the task. The initial labour charge* must be paid by EFT to confirm the visit, proof of which must be emailed to accounts@poolcarecinic.co.za

    * The labour charge is R780.00 per hour or part thereof.

    Kindly note that acceptance of the work requisition is conditional upon the following:

    All amounts owing to Pool Care Clinic are to be paid in full in cash/cheque/EFT on the receipt of the invoice/statement. In the event of the client failing to make payment in full within seven (7) days from the date of emailed invoice/statement a collection process will automatically be initiated by Pool Care Clinic attracting interest at 18% per annum, costs associated with the immediate issuing of summons as well as the Sheriff's service costs all of which will automatically be added to the capital amount owing. In the event of Pool Care Clinic having to institute legal action agains the client for payment of monies due, the client hereby agrees that it/he/she will be liable to make payment of Pool Care Clinic's costs of suit as between attorney and own client. All equipment installed/supplied remains the property of Pool Care Clinic until paid in full.I hereby consent to receiving promotional and educational content from Pool Care Clinic which I can unsubscribe from at any time.
